摘要
医疗联合体实质上是由政府牵头对医疗资源进行优化整合的一种医改方法。文章在分析目前"医疗联合体"模式构建存在的诸如利益羁绊、医疗资源配置、引导患者社区首诊、医疗知识普及、信息平台建设等关键问题的基础上,对医疗联合体的构建提出以下建议,以利益整合为医疗联合体构建的切入点,处理好各医疗机构间、医务人员间的利益关系,整合内部医疗资源,多渠道普及医疗知识,通过利益诱导推进社区首诊,完善医疗信息平台。
Medical couplet body essentially is a medical reform method,led by the government to optimize and integrate medical resources. Based on the analysis of some key problems existing in the construction of the mode of ＂Medical Couplet Body＂, such as conflicting interest,allocation of medical resources,patients＇ first- contact in community health organizations, popularization of medical knowledge, construction of information platform and so on, this paper gives the following advices for the construction of the medical couplet body： taking interest integration as a key to handle the interest relationship well among various medical institutions and medical staff,integrating medical resources, popularizing medical knowledge in various channel, guiding patients to seek first contact in community by reasonable interests, and improving the information platform.
