摘要
目的了解某市居民对全民健康体检满意度情况,找出目前全民体检工作的不足之处,并对今后的全民体检工作提出建议。方法选取某市5个区共15个社区卫生服务中心,对2016-2017年参加过全民健康体检的居民进行问卷调查。结果该市居民对全民健康体检总体满意度为84.16%;未享受到健康咨询服务的居民满意度为73.33%;居民对医院环境和流程安排的满意度最高,均为88.12%,对外地务工人员体检制度的满意度最低,为57.62%;在有外地务工亲友的居民中,仅有23.58%表示其亲友参加了体检。结论该市居民对全民健康体检的满意度较高,体检后健康咨询服务和外地务工人员体检制度需要完善。
Objective To understand the satisfaction of residents in a city about national health check,to find out the shortcomings of the current national health check,and to make recommendations for national physical examination work in the future.Methods A total of15 community health service centers in 5 districts of a city were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey for residents who participated in the national health checkup from 2016 to 2017.Results The overall satisfaction of residents to the national health examination was84.16%.The satisfaction degree of residents who did not get the health consultation service was 73.33%.The satisfaction degree of residents about the hospital environment and process arrangement was the highest(88.12%),and the satisfaction degree of migrant workers about physical examination system was the lowest(57.62%).Among the residents whose relatives and friends were migrant workers,only 23.58%residents said that their relatives and friends had participated in the health check.Conclusion The residents of this city have higher satisfaction with the national health examination.The health consultation service after the medical examination and the physical examination system of the migrant workers need to be improved.
