摘要
目的 优化奥拉西坦的合成工艺条件.方法 以甘氨酰胺盐酸盐、4-氯-3羟基丁酸乙酯为原料合成奥拉西坦,通过正交试验法考察反应温度、反应时间、反应物料配比对奥拉西坦合成收率的影响.结果 反应温度对奥拉西坦的影响最大,优化工艺为:反应温度为60~65℃,反应时间为25 h,物料配比为1∶1;在该优化条件下,产率达到70%以上.结论 工艺简单可靠、成本低,适合工业化生产,为奥拉西坦的工业化生产提供了可供选择的方法.
Objective To improve the synthesis of oxiracetam. Methods Oxiracetam was synthesized using 4- chloro-3-hydroxybutyrate and glycinamide hydroehloride as the raw materials. Orthogonal test was used to study the effect of reaction temperature, reaction time and the proportion of raw materials on the yield of oxiracetam. Results The resuh showed that the reaction temperature had the most significant effect and the optimum reaction conditions as follows : reaction temperature for 60 - 65℃ , reaction time for 25 h and the proportion of raw materials for 1 :1.The yield of optimized process product was up 70%. Conclusions The production process of Oxiraeetam is simple and reliable,low cost, suitable for industrialized production.
