摘要
目的探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的法制化、规范化建设与发展问题。方法对河南省开封市儿童医院静脉用药调配中心人员、场地与设备、运行、合理用药平台4方面的建设及需要注意的问题进行了探讨分析。结果与结论配备专业技术人员,并有培训制度和健康保障措施;要有合理的场所区域与适宜的设备设施;建立规范的运行管理文件制度,执行记录管理;建设合理用药平台,培养临床药师进行用药监护,开展药物治疗监护,改善病人的生活质量,更大程度地提高医疗服务水平。
Objective To investigate intravenous admixture service （PIVAS）. issues of legalization, specification and development of pharmacy Methods Constructions and problems of concern were discussed on aspects of personnel, premises and equipment, operation and a rational administration platform. Results and Conclusion It is necessary to provide the professional and technical personnel together with a training system and health care measures, reasonable workplace and appropriate facilities, the file system of operation and management. It is suggested that PIVAS be constructed as a rational administration platform in hospitals, and clinical pharmacists be trained to supervise and monitor drug treatment, so as to improve patients＇ quality of life and thus provide better medical service.
