摘要
静脉药物配置中心药学人员在医疗体系中承担着重要职责,我国相关药学人员的培养仍处于起步阶段。通过对政府相关规范、期刊和因特网相关资料加以研究,探讨静脉药物配置中心药学人员的培养路径,提出应通过规范的学习在实践中培养为临床提供优质服务的静脉药物配置中心药学人员。
Pharmaceutical technicians of pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS）undertake important responsibilities in medical system. The training of the related pharmaceutical personnel in our country is still at the starting stage. Through the study on the relevant official regulations and the related data from journals and intemet, the way of training of pharmaceutical personnel in PIVAS was discussed. It was put forward that pharmaceutical personnel in PIVAS should be trained in practice and equipped with the knowledge of related regulations so as to provide quality clinical services.
