摘要
编制和发布年度报告并使之制度化是现代大学发展的必然要求。通过对浙江大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学和美国哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、卡内基梅隆大学六所知名大学年度报告文本的比较分析发现,中美高校年度报告主要在编制与发布主体的专业性和稳定性、内容的侧重、结构与信息含量及质量保证与公开程度上存在差异。我国高校应进一步从信息公开制度、自我评估机制以及完善文本内容,不断推进和完善我国高校年度发展报告制度。
Compiling and publishing fact book and making it institutionalization is the inevitable requirement of the development for modern university. Through comparing and analyzing the text of the latest fact book of Zhejiang University,Fudan University,Shanghai Jiaotong University and Harvard University, MIT, Carnegie Mellon University, this paper found that there are some differences in the professional and stability of the compile and publish subject, the emphasis on content, the structure and information content, and the quality assurance and the degree of the public in the fact book of SINO-US University. Universities of our country should strengthen the construction further from the information disclosure system, the self-assessment mechanism and perfecting the text content and so on, and promote and make the system of the university fact book perfect constantly.
