摘要
研究了高锰酸钾与叶酸氧化还原反应的条件和产物的荧光特性 ,在此基础上建立了叶酸含量的荧光光度测定法 .该法测定叶酸的线性范围为 1 .7× 1 0 -8～ 5.4× 1 0 -6mol· L-1 ,检测限为1 .0× 1 0 -8mol·L-1 (SNR=3) 。
We investigated the reaction conditions of folic acid with potassium permanganate and found a fluorescence method for determining trace folic acid, the linear range of which is 1.7×10 -8 ～5.4×10 -6 mol·L -1 and the detection limit is 1.0×10 -8 mol·L -1 (SNR=3). The method was applied in determining folic acid in tablets.
