摘要
本文拟定了一个用荧光法测定微量硼的新方法,其线性范围为0~40μg/ml,检测下限为0.04μg/ml。用此方法测定了钢样及高温铁基镍合金中的微量硼,结果令人满意。
A new fluorometric method for the determination of boron is described. The sodium 1,3-dihydroxy-4-aminoanthraquinone-2-sulphonate(nuclear fast red) can complex with boron in the neutral medium to produce a fluorescent compound, the fluorescence intensity is in linear with the concentration of boron between 0 to 40μg B/ml, the relative standard deviation is 3.7%. The method was used to determine the content of boron in steel and nickel alloy samples.
