摘要
缝纫质量直接影响服装的品质和价格,通过对缝纫平整度标准样照的图像灰度分布特征分析和傅里叶变换,提取了8个特征参数,在此基础上建立了一种基于BP网络的缝纫平整度客观评价模型.经过对实际缝纫样本的检验,该模型的实际输出与期望输出的相关系数达到0.93,模型具有良好的预测能力,可以用于实际缝纫样本缝纫平整度等级的预测.
