摘要
对4种不同组织结构、不同成分的针织面料进行弹性性能和面料压力模拟测试,利用SPSS软件对压力变化数据进行拟合,得到不同面料在变形增加的过程中各阶段压力的变化规律.测试结果表明:面料压力变化规律与急弹性变化率相关,含有氨纶的面料比纯棉面料模拟压力小,罗纹织物比纬平针织物压力小.
The elastic performance and the simulation pressure of four kinds of knitted fabrics with different structures and components were tested.Based on pressure data fitting by means of SPSS,pressure in every stage with increasing deformation of fabric was obtained.The result shows that the change of fabrics pressure is related to the elastic change rate,and pressure of cotton fabrics blended with spandex is lower than that of pure cotton fabrics,pressure of rib fabrics is lower than that of plat knit fabrics.
