摘要
服装面料的缝纫配伍性研究涉及到面料与针、线以及缝制设备工艺参数的合理配合,并在此基础上达到最优的缝纫质量。对目前本领域的研究成果进行了综合分析,从面料性能的影响、缝纫质量及其预测和缝纫工艺自动生成等方面叙述了当前的研究现状和热点,并探讨了研究趋势和研究方法。
Fabric sewing compatibility research involves in reasonable configuration of fabric with needle, thread and sewing parameters. Optimal sewing quality can be obtained based on these factors. The research status and present hot pointsaffecting fabric properties, sewing, quality and its prediction as well as automatic generation of sewing parameters are integrated in this paper. The research tendency and research methods on this field are also discussed.
