摘要
报导 He- Ne及 Ar+激光辐照黑曲霉 (Aspergillus niger B1 0 1 )的研究结果 ,表明激光确实以某种方式作用于辐照菌株 ,虽不直接损伤其表面结构 ,但引起生理代谢的改变 ,使产量发生变化 。
The results of He-Ne and Ar +laser's irradiation on Aspergillus niger B 101 is reported in this paper and suggested that laser indeed acted on the irradiated strain in some certain way. It didn't damage the surface structure of the test strain directly, but caused the changes of physiological metabolism and resulted in the yield variation, which supplied a new base for the laser breeding of microbiology.
