摘要
对矿用截齿的失效原因进行了分析，分析表明截齿的失效形式主要有刀头脱落、碎裂和磨损，在此基础上，提出了提高截齿使用寿命的措施。
The paper discusses the reasons of mining pick failure. and shows that pick failure mainly presents the cutter head off, crack and abrasion. The measures improving the pick usage life are put forward in the end of paper.
