摘要 通过在 Pro/ENGINEER 软件中建立镐型截齿的三维实体模型、在 ANSYS 软件中模拟截齿实际工况,进行力学、模态和热力学分析,得到了该型截齿在工作时刀头部分的应力、应变最大,受温度影响也最大,与现实中截齿的齿尖部分易磨损、破损相吻合,此分析方法对于研究和预测截齿在工作时的磨损与破损、改进截齿的设计有一定的指导作用。 Through the 3d model of pick-shaped cutter built in the software Pro/ENGINEER and the mechanical, modal and thermodynamic analysis of the cutter simulated its actual conditions in ANSYS, it is obtained that the stress and strain of this cutter bit is the largest while working, and the influence of temperature is also the largest, which is in line with that the actual pick tip is easily wear and damage. This analysis method can provide some guidance for the research and prediction of wear and breakage of cutter, and for the improvement design of the cutter.
