摘要
目的:了解孝感市健康体检人群中幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染状况。方法:对孝感市中心医院体检中心行健康体检的2 005人用胶体金法检测血清Hp抗体,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:Hp感染率为50.67%,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义。结论:孝感市健康体检人群中Hp的感染率较高,需加强Hp感染的防治工作。
Objective： To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection among health examination people in Xiaogan. Methods： The Hp antibody in the serum was detected by the immune colloidal gold method in 2005 health examination people. And the data were statistically analyzed. Results： The rate of Hp infection was 50. 67 %,and the infection rate in women was significantly higher than in men. Conclusion： The rate of Hp infection in health examination people in Xiaogan is high,and the prevention and treatment of Hp infection should be enhanced.
