包头地区市售蔬菜中有机磷、有机氯农药及重金属铅、镉、汞残留量调查 被引量:5

The Investigation of the Residue of the Organophosphorus and Organochlorine Pesticide and the Content of Lead,Cadmium and Mercury of Vegetables on the Market in Baotou

摘要 目的:调查包头地区市售蔬菜中有机磷、有机氯农药残留状况及铅、镉、汞的含量,为进一步加强食品安全及监督检查提供科学依据。方法:通过整群随机抽样选取包头市各类蔬菜市场的蔬菜样品,采用气相色谱法检测蔬菜中甲胺磷、敌敌畏等常用有机磷、有机氯农药;采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定标本中的铅、镉含量;采用双道荧光光度法测定标本中的汞含量。结果:120份蔬菜样品中,均未检出有机磷农药;在夏秋季和冬春季的各60份蔬菜样品中,有机氯农药的检出率分别为65.0%和35.0%,二者差异有统计学意义,但均无超标样品。蔬菜中汞的检出率为14.2%(17/120),但含量未超过国家规定限量标准;所有样品均未检出铅和镉。结论:包头地区市售蔬菜的有机磷、有机氯农药残留量及铅、镉、汞的含量均没有超过国家标准限量。 Objective: To investigate the residue of organophosphorus and organochlorine pesticides,and the content of lead,cadmium and mercury of vegetables on the market in Baotou so as to provide the scientific basis for strengthening the supervision and inspection of food safety. Methods: Vegetable samples were chosen by clustered random sampling method in all kinds of vegetable markets. Gas chromatography was used to determine the content of methamidophos,dichlorvos and dimethoate contained in organophosphorus pesticide and organochlorine pesticide. Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine lead and cadmium content in the specimen. Double fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine mercury content in the specimen. Results: No organophosphorus pesticide was found in 120 vegetable samples for determination; organochlorine pesticide residue was detected in 39 of 60 vegetable samples in the summer- autumn,with the detection rate being 65. 0 %; the same residue was found in 21 of the 60 vegetable samples of winter- spring,with the detection rate being 35. 0 %. The difference between the vegetable samples of the summer- autumn and those of the winter- spring was significant,without samples beyond the permission found in both types. Detection rate of mercury in samples was 14. 2 %( 17 /120),with a tiny amount which was not above the permitted level of national standard. No lead and cadmium were detected in any of the samples. Conclusion: Neither the residue of the organophosphorus pesticides and organochlorine pesticides nor the content of lead,cadmium and mercury is beyond the permitted level of national standard in vegetables on the market in Baotou.
