摘要
就近几年我国茶饮料工业的发展需要 ,从茶饮料的品质及工艺特点、几种主要类型茶饮料的加工工艺及茶饮料加工技术要点等三方面谈了作者的看法 ,具有一定的理论性和生产实践的参考价值。
Taking into account the needs for the development of the tea drink industry in China in recent years, the authors set forth their opinions on the quality and technological characteristics of tea drinks, the processing technology for several main kinds of tea drinks and the essentials of tea drink processing technology, which they desire to have certain theoretical and practical values.
