工频电磁场对作业人员淋巴细胞亚群影响研究 被引量:6

Study on changes of lymphocyte subpopulation in workers exposed to power frequency electromagnetic fields

摘要 目的探讨长期工频电磁场接触对作业人员的周围血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,选择某省10座500 kV变电站长期接触工频电磁场的94名作业人员为接触组,86名不接触工频电磁场的行政及后勤人员为对照组。采集2组人员周围静脉血,采用流式细胞术分析周围血淋巴细胞亚群[T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)]百分比。结果接触组和对照组人群中T淋巴细胞百分比分别为(66.62±9.85)%和(67.98±9.36)%,B淋巴细胞百分比分别为(10.67±4.42)%和(11.41±3.99)%,NK细胞百分比分别为(21.88±10.22)%和(19.64±9.42)%,2组人群上述3种细胞百分比分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,在排除性别、年龄、饮酒、喝茶、吸烟、接受医疗照射、生活应激事件等混杂因素的影响后,工频电磁场接触以及工龄均对上述3个淋巴细胞亚群的百分比无影响(P>0.05)。结论长期接触工频电磁场对作业人员周围血淋巴细胞亚群比例变化无影响。 Objective To investigate the effects of power frequency electromagnetic fields on peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulation in the long-term exposed workers .Methods Ninety-four workers exposed to power frequency electromagnet-ic fields and eight-six non-exposed workers ( administrative and logistics staffs ) from 10 of 500 kV transformer substations in a certain province were chosen as the exposure group and control group , respectively by simple random sampling .Pe-ripheral venous blood of two groups was collected , and then the percentages of lymphocyte subpopulations including T lym -phocyte, B lymphocyte and natural killer cell (NK cell) were detected and analyzed by flow cytometry .Results The T lymphocyte percentages were ( 66.62 ±9.85 )% and ( 67.98 ±9.36 )%, B lymphocyte percentages were ( 10.67 ± 4.42)%and (11.41 ±3.99)%, NK cells percentages were (21.88 ±10.22)%and (19.64 ±9.42)%, respectively, in exposure and control groups .No statistical significant difference were found in T , B lymphocyte and NK cells percenta-ges between the exposure and non-exposure groups ( P>0.05 ) .The results of multiple linear regression analysis demon-strated that both the power frequency electromagnetic fields exposure and length of service did not have significant effects on the percentages of T lymphocyte , B lymphocyte and NK cells after adjustment for confounding factors such as gender , age, alcohol drinking, tea drinking, smoking, medical exposure and stressful events (P>0.05).Conclusion Long-term ex-posure to power frequency electromagnetic fields has no obvious effects on percentages of peripheral blood lymphocyte sub -population in exposed workers .
