摘要
本文就改善热式流量传感器的响应特性问题进行了理论与实验研究,指出了模拟电路补偿方法所存在的不足,论述了热式流量传感器的辨识与实验方法,提出了用数字补偿提高其响应速度的方法。研究表明,这种方法是很有效的。
Theoretical and experimental research for improving the response offlow-sensor is presented in this paper.First the shortages of analogouscompensation are pointed out.Then the identification and experimentalmethod of flow-sensor are described.Finally the digital compensationway for improving response of flow-sensor is established.The experimentsare very effective.
