摘要
较详细的研究了利用高精度片上采集系统设计智能流量传感器的原理及软硬件结构。文中研究了对传感器输出特性曲线进行了线性化补偿、对传感器工作介质进行压力、温度补偿中的关键技术。实现了数字补偿、标度变换、数字滤波和输出线性化,最后分析了实验数据和相应的不确定度。
It is carried out the research on the design principle of a kind of intelligent flowing sensor and it's structure of software and hardware. On one hand, output characteristic curved line of the sensor is discussed to linear compensation, on the other hand, media pressure and temperatur compensation is analysed in the paper. It bring about digital compensation, standard scale charge, digital filter and output linearization. Moreover, dates of experiment and error of relative undefinitude is analyed.
