摘要
目的:研究儿感康口服液的祛痰、止咳、平喘作用。方法:采用小鼠酚红祛痰实验观察其祛痰作用;采用小鼠氨水引咳实验观察其止咳作用;采用乙酰胆碱联合组胺所致豚鼠哮喘实验观察其平喘作用。结果:儿感康口服液能显著增加大鼠痰量的排出,延长由氨水引起的咳嗽时间和由乙酰胆碱联合组胺诱导的引喘潜伏期。结论:感康口服液有显著的祛痰、止咳、平喘作用。
Objective： To study the cough-settling, phlegm-dispelling and panting-calming actions of Er-gan-kang-oral liquid. Methods： The phlegm-dispelling effects were observed on Phenol red expectorant experiment; The panting-calming ef- fects were observed on ammonia water-induced cough model of mice; The panting-calming effects was observed by prolong the latent period of asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine mixture in guinea pig. Results： Er-gan-kang-oral liquid could significantly increase the amount of rat sputum discharge, decrease the frequency of cough caused by ammonia water in mice and prolong the latent period of asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine mixture in guinea pigs. Conclusion： Er-gan- kang-oral liquid has the phlegm-dispelling cough-settling and panting-calming actions.
