摘要
提出一种高度集成的小型电火花加工系统 ,核心采用压电陶瓷作为微动部件 ,实现电极的直接驱动。该样机的外形尺寸小 ,结构紧凑 ,响应快 ,在单片机伺服系统的控制下可实现亚微米的进给 。
Micro Electrical Discharge Machining (MEDM) has been widely used to machine inductive material and micro parts, and available in areas of micro machining. A highly integrated electromechanical system is given, in which piezoelectric material is micro motion part, and machining electrode is directly driven. The prototype size is 20mm×36.4mm, with advantage of compact volume, quick response, and sub micron order feed resolution under servo control system. And it has been used in MEDM.
