摘要
在介绍椭圆微驱动电火花加工机理的基础上 ,分析了椭圆微驱动器对驱动电路的要求。为实现电火花电极的微米级步距 ,设计了椭圆微驱动电路 ,并能有效地控制电极的运动方向。
The paper deals with a linear direct drive mechanism of electrode for electrical discharge machining(EDM) and its drive and control principle. The electrode is driven by Elliptical Movement and its direction is controlled by two voltage phase difference.
