摘要
当下民办幼儿园在发展过程中出现了诸多乱象，近期多地出现的“幼儿园喂药”事件更是引起社会广泛关注。民办幼儿园一系列乱象的出现既缘于民办幼儿园自律意识的淡薄，也与整个社会对民办幼儿园的多多少少的集体性冷漠与集体性不作为有关。正是因为自律意识淡薄，民办幼儿园往往在良知与利益的博弈、守法与违法的交锋中选择铤而走险。同时，政府的懒政思维、投资方的生意意识、教师的集体失语、家长的察而不觉、公众的集体性冷漠等也为民办幼儿园的不健康发展提供了空间。守护童年是一项集体性事业，更是全社会的共同责任．我们要下决心以政府的扶持、规范来实现普惠。用系统的制度设计来捍卫良心。用联合的监管来守护底线，以严厉的惩罚来突破怪圈，以集体的责任来守护童年，从而重建民办幼儿园健康发展的社会磁场。
The current chaos in the development of private kindergartens is not only due to the lack of self-discipline, but also the collective indifference and inaction of entire social group. Because of the lack of self-discipline, private kindergartens, when facing conflicts of duty and profit, obeying laws and violating laws, tend to choose the latter. Other causes include government＇ s lazy thought, the business mind of kindergatens, teachers＇ collective silence, parents＇ unconsciousness,and public indifference. To guard childhood is not only a collective enterprise, but also the common responsibility of the whole society. We need government＇s full support to realize the inclusive value. We also need to design system to defend the conscience, use joint regulationn to protect the bottom line, punish severly to break through the cycle, and take the responsibility collectively to guard childhood. Only by these, is it possible to recreate an enviornment for the healty development of private kindergartens.
