摘要
针对当前民办教育所面临的严峻挑战,政府要实现依法、有效监管,推动民办教育健康、快速、持续发展,必须以宽容的心态、前瞻性的观念,树立监管意识,实施主动监管;创新监管方式,完善监管制度,严把准入,加强日常监管,完善退出机制;加强监管力量,建立协调机制,建立行政执法责任制,落实监管责任。
The main purpose of this article is how to realize the governmental supervision effectively and push forward the non-government funded education healthily, rapidly and continuously under the severe challenges. The article emphasizes that it shall establish the tolerant mind and forward looking conscious to set up the supervision conscious to implement active supervision, innovate the supervision methods, perfect the supervision system, be strict with the entrance qualifications, strengthen the daily supervision, perfect the exit system, strengthen the supervision power, establish the coordination system, establish the administration responsibility system and carry out the supervision responsibility.
