摘要 本文探讨了大豆在子叶期和鼓粒期的耐阴性与叶片超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的关系。结果表明:不同耐阴级别的大豆SOD活性差异明显,子叶期变化无一定规律,鼓粒期无论单作或间作,耐阴品种的酶活性高于不耐阴品种,这可作为鉴别耐阴性的一项生理指标。在单作条件下,多数品种子叶期的酶活性高于鼓粒期。在鼓粒期,单作的酶活性又高于间作。大豆SOD活性与叶绿素含量有一定的关系:鼓粒期不论单作或间作,叶片SOD活性高的,其叶绿素含量也高。 This paper discussed the relations between shade-endurance and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of soybean leaf in the periods both cotyledon and seed expanding. The results showed that a wide range of difference in SOD activity existed in different classed shade-endurance soybean varieties. The SOD activity of shade-endurance breed was higher than that of the non shade-endurance in seed expanding period wether manoculture or intercropping conditions. Therefore, SOD activity could be used as a phsiological target for distinguishing soybean shade-endurance. Under the monocu Iture circumstance the leaf SOD activity of most cultivars in cotyledon period were higher than that of the seed expanding period. In seed expanding period 'the leaf SOD activity under monoculture were higher than ones under intercropping. The relation between leaf SOD activity and chlorophyll content were as follows- In seed expanding period wether monoculture or intercropping,the more the SOD activity is vigorous the more the chlorophyll content of soybean leaf is.
