大豆耐阴性的研究 Ⅸ.不同耐阴级别品种过氧化物酶、同工酶分析研究

摘要 1990~1991年在单、间作条件下分析了8个不同耐阴级别大豆品种子叶期的子叶、鼓粒中期的功能叶过氧化物酶,结果表明:(1)过氧化物酶同工酶子叶期酶带数少于鼓粒中期,且颜色较浅;(2)不同耐阴级别的品种在不同年份、不同时期酶带数有较大变异,但A_6和B_2是所有参试品种的共带,这反映了种的专一和个体发育的连续性,同时在带位高低,带色和带宽等方面都表现了各自的特异性;(3)相同年份间作鼓粒中期带色和带宽上有些谱带比单作稍深和宽。 Presen paper reported the peroxidase (POD) isozyme analysis of cotyledon in cotyledon period and functional leaves in medium pod filling among 8 soybean varieties with different shade-endurance classification ia 1990~1991. Results showed as follows. (1) The bands number of POD isozymogram in cotyledon period were less than in medium pod filling and bands' colour in cotyledon period were lighter. ( 2) There were greater variance from bands number of POD isozymogram in soybean varieties,between years, growth stages. But A6 and B2 were two common bands for all varieties to be tested. It reflected constancy in species and continuation in individual development, as well as distinction in site, colour and width of bands, respectively. (3) A few isozymogram bands' colour and width under-sowing soybean were darker and broader than monoculture soybean in medium pod filling in same year.
