水稻幼苗超氧物歧化酶研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了水稻幼苗不同器官超氧物歧化酶(SOD)及水稻在感病后SOD活性的变化。结果表明水稻叶、茎、根具有相同的SOD同工酶谱带,只是酶活性有差异。在接种不同病原菌后。 Superoxide dismutase(SOD) in different organs of rice seedling and the change in SOD activity during infection by pathogen were studied.The four bands of the isozymes were found in leaf,stem and root of rice,and their activities were different.It was also found that the levels of SOD in infected leaves by X.oryzae,X.oryzicda and P.oryzae were higher significantly than that in controlled leaves.
