摘要
阐述过热蒸汽干燥节能、传热传质效率高、产品品质好、无爆炸和失火危险及有利环境保护等优点,指出过热蒸汽干燥停车结露等缺点;分析过热蒸汽干燥与热风干燥之间的逆转点,得出逆转点温度受干燥条件的影响而呈现不唯一的结论;并总结逆转点温度对过热蒸汽干燥的意义。
Advantages of superheated steam dying were introduced, for example, energy saving, high heat and mass transfer efficiency, improved product quality, favorable environmental protection and no explosion and fire risk. The shortcoming of superheated steam drying was pointed out, such as parking condensation and so on. In addi- tion, the inversion point between superheated steam drying and hot air drying was discussed. And the conclusion was that the inversion point temperature was not the only reason of the effect in different drying conditions. Finally, the significance of the inversion point temperature for the superheated steam drying was summarized.
