摘要
简要介绍了过热蒸汽干燥技术的优点及其在我国的发展潜力·指出过热蒸汽干燥过程和热空气相似 ,并对其恒速阶段的干燥机理进行了对比研究·利用Bond提供的蒸发速率公式 ,计算出过热蒸汽的传质阻力 ,证实其传质阻力非常小·以往的实验表明 ,在过热蒸汽干燥中存在逆转点温度 ,因此从干燥介质所能提供给物料热量的角度 ,计算出逆转点温度 ,从理论上解释了逆转点温度存在的原因·以立式振动输送干燥机为例 ,对热风干燥和过热蒸汽干燥的能耗进行了对比研究计算 ,结果证实以过热蒸汽作为干燥介质可以大大地降低该干燥机的能耗·
There is similar process in superheated steam drying as in air's. The superheated steam drying principle of the constant rate period was studied. By Bond's evaporating rate equation, the resistance of mass transfer was calculated, and the resistance is very little. The invert temperature was found in other experts' experiments. The invert point temperature equation was deduced through calculating the heat offered by drying medium for wet materials. The invert point was explained from the theory. For the vertical vibration conveying drier, the energy consumption of hot air and superheated steam drier was studied. The superheated steam dryer can save the large quantity of energy consumption.
