摘要
制定产业政策的关键是选择优先发展的主导产业。针对主导产业选择这一重大问题,本文根据主导产业的特征,用定量分析方法给出了评价指标体系。并在此基础上建立了选择主导产业的Fuzzy模式识别评价模型,最后对贵州现阶段主导产业的选择进行了实证分析。
The key to make the industrial policy is to select the leading industry, the development of which is to precede all industries. Based on the characteristics of the leading industry, and evaluation target system is given by quantitative analysis method. On the basis of it, an evaluation method of fuzzy pattern recognition to select the leading industry is developed. Furthermore, the leading industry for present stage is analysed positively.
