摘要 64排螺旋CT的问世,开创了心血管疾病无创诊断的新纪元.2005年11月西门子公司正式将双源CT （Dual Source CT,DSCT）,这一划时代的影像学诊断产品展现在世人面前,使得冠脉CT （CTA）在冠状动脉检查中的应用越来越广泛.冠脉CTA已成为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（coronary heart disease,CHD）患者常规的影像学检查方法之一.
