摘要
近几年多排CT(MDCT)软硬件方面的迅速发展、无创的MDCT冠状动脉成像技术在冠状动脉血管病变诊断中的应用价值得到普遍肯定。MDCT可用于评价冠状动脉狭窄,定性和定量检测冠状动脉斑块,评价支架和桥血管的通畅性,还可用于测量左室功能及局部室壁运动、肺静脉标测显像等方面。未来MDCT在心血管系统检查中会有更大发展空间。
