摘要
目的 探讨冠脉CT血管造影（CTA）观察正常左冠状动脉起点及主干解剖的应用价值.方法 60例左冠状动脉CTA结果完全正常的患者,测量左冠状动脉的起源及主干走行的变异.结果 60例左冠状动脉显示清晰,其中4例左冠状动脉走形变异,变异率为5％,其主干及分支情况均有不同程度的变异.结论 左冠状动脉主干的恶性变异危险度高,冠脉CTA对此种变异的检测有重要的临床意义.
Objective To investigate the application value of CACTA in depicting the norn＇ml LCA. Methods 60 patients underwent CACTA whose coronary artery were completely normal were selected. The variety of origination and distribution of left main coronary artery were analyzed. Results LCA was vividly depicted in whole 60 subjects, and 4 （4/60, 5% ） mutations of LCA were discovered. Conclusion Malignant variant of LCA may cause bad effect, CTA is one of the most effective diagnostic methods for this kind of variation.
