摘要
目的探讨分析水胶体敷料治疗头部供皮创面的效果及护理。方法选取2013年1-12月收治的60例烧伤患者，治疗组根据供皮创面及修复创面大小使用不同规格的水胶体敷料，对照组用凡士林油纱布加盖4-6层无菌纱布，用透气绷带固定。两组均给予常规护理。结果治疗组在头发长出时间及创面愈合时间方面均较对照组短．两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论水胶体敷料治疗头部供皮创面，疗效可靠满意，方法简单易行，便于普及推行。
Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy and nursing of analysis hydrocolloid dressings for the treat- ment of head skin wounds. Methods 60 cases of burn patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to De- cember 2013,the treatment group used different specifications of the hydrocolloid dressings according to donor site wound and size of repair the wound.The control group was stamped vaseline oil gauze with 4 to 6 layer sterile gauze, and with breathable bandage fixation.The patients in the two groups were all given routine nursing. Results The hair grows out time and wound healing time in treatment group was shorter than that of control group respectively,the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressings for the skin wound treatment,has reliable curative effect,the method is simple,it is easy to popularize.
