摘要
两年来应用冻干戊二醛猪皮覆盖切(削)痂创面,以后根据病人具体情况,择期揭除戊二醛猪皮更植自体皮,治疗40例病人,获得满意效果,治愈率92.5%。该法对于稳定病情。缓解自体供皮的困难,扩大网状植皮的应用,提高自体皮的成活率,改善外观和功能恢复等,都有良好的疗效。
Forty burn patients were treated in last two years by the method of covering excised or tangentially excised wound with lyophilized glutaraldehyde pigskin, and then planned replacing by autograft skin according to patient's condition. The result showed that the survival rate of the patiehts was 92.5%. Patients withburn area less thaa 92% TBSA or third-degree wound less than 81% TBSA survived. This method is effective for stabilizing patient's condition; helping to resolve the probtem of limited donor area of extensive hurn; extending the usage of meshed skin graft; increasing the takenrate of autograft skin; improving cosmetic appearance and recovering function. Some disadvantages of this method were also discussed in the paper.
