摘要
以某选厂选锌尾矿为研究对象进行硫砷分离工艺研究。确定采用先磁后浮、磁选尾矿再硫砷混浮、混合精矿再采用抑硫浮砷法分离硫砷的工艺流程,以组合抑制剂石灰+腐植酸钠+WX-2联合抑制硫、硫酸铜活化砷,通过小型闭路试验,可获得硫品位39.86%、砷品位0.76%、硫回收率65.05%的硫精矿;砷品位12.52%、砷回收率44.19%的砷精矿。硫精矿含杂低,质量较好,硫砷分离成功。
Sphalerite flotation tailings in a dressing plant is taken to research the separation of pyrite and arsenopyrite. The con- firmed separation process flow is magnetic separation first, then bulk flotation of pyrite and arsenopyrite from magnetic separation railings, and the bulk concentrate is separated by flotation of arsenopyrite while pyrite is depressed. Pyrite is depressed by the combined depressants of lime + sodium humate + WX - 2, and arsenopyrite is activated by copper sulfate. The small scale closed circuit test shows that the sul- phur and arsenic grade of sulfur concentrate is 39. 86% and 0.76% respectively with sulphur recovery of 65.05%, the arsenic grade of ar- senic concentrate is 12.52% with arsenic recovery of 44. 19%. Sulfur concentrate is of good quality with low impurities, and the separation of pyrite and arsenopyrite is succeeded.
