摘要
通过小型浮选试验对取代剧毒氰化钠的无毒有机抑制剂FY02进行应用研究,试验结果表明,石灰和硫酸铜用量对FY02进行锌硫浮选分离指标的影响较大;起泡剂用量对FY02进行锌硫浮选分离指标的影响较小;捕收剂用量对FY02进行锌硫浮选分离指标几乎没有影响。在FY02用量为390g/t时,能有效实现锌硫分离,锌精矿锌品位达47.53%、作业回收率为95.97%。
Application researches of non-toxic organic depressant FY02 were carried out to replace highly-toxic sodium cyanide by small scale tests. The test results showed that the dosage of lime and copper sulphate had great effect on FY02 for flotation separation of zinc-sulfur ore, the dosage of frother had little effect, and the dosage of collector almost had no effect. Zinc and sulfur eoutd be effectively separated with the Zn grade of 47. 53% and Zn recovery of 95. 97% when FY02 dosage was 390 g/t.
