中考生一般自我效能感与状态-特质焦虑 被引量:1

The Relationship between General Self-efficacy and State-trait Anxiety of Adolescents

摘要 目的研究一般自我效能感与状态-特质焦虑之间的关系。方法采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)与状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)在中考前3个月对山东省德州市224名在校初三学生进行问卷调查。结果①中考生一般自我效能感在性别上的差异具有统计学意义(t=2.370,P<0.05),而在城乡、班级上的差异无统计学意义。②中考生的状态焦虑得分、特质焦虑得分和焦虑总分在性别、城乡、班级上的差异无统计学意义。③中考生的一般自我效能感与状态焦虑(r=-0.311,P<0.05)、特质焦虑(r=-0.396,P<0.01)、总分焦虑(r=-0.375,P<0.01)之间呈显著负相关。结论中考生普遍存在焦虑情绪,且与一般自我效能感呈负相关,即一般自我效能感越低,焦虑情绪越高。 Objective To survey the relationship between general self-efficacy and state-trait anxiety. Methods Applying the gener- al self-efficacy scale edited by Schwarzer and the state-trait anxiety inventon edited by Charles D. Spielberger for testing the adolescents of Dezhou in Shandong province before the entrance examination for high school three months ago. Results ①There was a significant difference in general self-efficacy for boys and girls (t = 2. 370 ,P 〈 0.05 ) , but no evident difference on students from urban and rural ar- eas ( t = 0.870,P 〉 0.05 ) or from different classes ( t = 0. 348, P 〉 0.05 ). ② There did not exist evident difference in anxiety for boys and girls, from urban and rural areas or from different classes. ③General self-efficacy negatively correlated with state anxiety ( r = -0.311, P〈0.05) ,trait anxiety(r=-0.396,P〈0.01)and total of anxiety(r =-0.375,P 〈0.01). Conclusion Adolescents are widespreadly anxiety, and which is negatively correlated with general self-efficacy ;The lower general self-efficacy, the higher anxiety.
