摘要
目的:探讨中考前考生的心理健康状况及影响因素.方法:用症状自评量表(SCL-90)在考前三个月对考生集体测试,并将结果与全国常模比较;同时以半开放式问卷调查可能影响中考生心理健康因素.结果:中考考生SCL-90的总分、总均分、阳性项目数及各因子分显著高于全国常模(P＜0.01).中考生心理问题尤以强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感等普遍,各因子异常率10..5%～42.6%.与高考生相比,差异无显著(P＞0.05).结论:中考考生心理健康水平和高考生一样存在轻中度问题.考生精神负担重,学习压力大,期望值高及家庭教育方式不当是影响心理健康因素.
Objective：To study the state of the mental health of candidates for the high grade middle school （HGMS） and to find its cause. Methods ： The author arranges a group - test among the candidates for the HGMS by asking them to fill in a symptom self： evaluating measuring form（ scl -90） , three months before the examination for the HGMSo Compare the results with nation norm and candidates for the college entrance examination. Related information about possible factors is also gathered though a semi - open examination. Results ： The total marks of scl - 90, the total average marks, the number of positive items and the marks for each factors are all higher than the nation norm. （P 〈0.01 ）. There is no obvious difference between the HGMS and lhe candidates for the college entrance examinatio（ P 〉 0.05）. The rate for the rare factors of the candidates for the HGMS is between 10.5% -42.6% while the cases of obsessive -compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety are all above 25%. Conclusions ：The state of the mental health is the same as candidates for the college entrance examination. The mental obstacles of different degree exist very commonly among the candidates for the HGMS. The causes of much mental obstacles may lie in the followng facts： The candidates may have too heavy spiritual burden; They might be expected too high aim. They cant receive proper family comfort.
