摘要
介绍了超环面机电传动的结构及其驱动原理和特点。通过分析该传动的传动关系,得到了环面外定子齿数与蜗杆内定子磁极对数的关系,讨论了不同极对数和传动比下行星轮的安装个数,完成了该传动的初步设计。通过对内外定子与行星轮的电磁啮合进行分析,得到了主要结构参数对它的影响规律。研究结果为该传动的加工制造和进一步研究该传动的性能提供了理论依据。
The basic driving principle and characteristics of toroidal electromechanical drive is presented. By virtue of analyz- ing the transmission relationship, the relationship between the number of torus outer stator tooth and the number of pole-pairs for worm inner stator is obtained. The number of planet gears installed under the different pole-pairs and transmission ratio is discussed, and the initial design is finished. By analyzing the electromagnetic meshing between two stators and planet gears, the influences of the main parameters are analyzed. The research results provide theoretical basis for the manufacturing and further research on the properties of the drive.
