摘要
研究了球形齿面的超环面行星蜗杆传动的啮合理论问题,推导了在转化机构中行星轮与蜗杆和内齿蜗轮的齿面方程,并证明了行星轮与蜗杆及内齿蜗轮的瞬时接触线是过球面齿顶点的大圆,通常情况下齿面上没有一界曲线,且二界曲线退化为球面顶点。本文的工作为这种传动副的设计制造提供了理论依据。
The meshing theory of toroidal planet womgear drive with ball tooth is discussed, the tooth equation of worm and inner wormgear in the transforming mechanism was deduced, andit have been proved that the instantaneous contact line of worm and inner wormgear is a circles though the top of the ball, and in ordinal condition there is no first limiting curve on tooth surfaces and the second liniting curve is degenerated to a point on the top of the ball. It is a basic theory for the design and manufacture of this drive.
