摘要
作者对兰州生物制品研究所常规生产的 3批破伤风抗毒素 (TAT)进行了临床反应观察。结果表明 ,TAT皮内试验假阳性反应率平均为 13.3% ,阳性反应率为 0 .9%。 45 0例患者注射后过敏反应发生率为 0 ,年龄。
The clinical reactions of tetanus antitoxin(TAT) were observed on 450 cases of outpatients injected TAT. The results showed that the false-positive-rates and the positive-rates of skin test were 13.3% and 0.9% respectively, no allergic reactive cases were observed. The results indicated that there were no corelation between positive rate of intracutaneous test and sytemic allergic reactions after injection of TAT with age and sex factors.
