摘要
研究了白腐菌对造纸黑液中木质素的降解及影响因素 .发现白腐菌的降解作用发生在次级代谢阶段 ,影响白腐菌降解木质素的因素有木质素浓度、p H值、搅拌速度、碳源和氮源、Fe2 +浓度等 .
The degradation and factors on lignin of papermaking black water by white rot fungi was studied in this paper.It showed that lignolytic degradation with white rot fungi is a secondary metabolic activity.Lignin degradation was affected by many factors including lignin consistency,pH value,stirring velocity,Fe 2+ density,carbon and nitrogen resource etc.
