白腐真菌降解转化煤炭的机理研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过筛选出的3种白腐真菌,对义马褐煤进行了降解转化实验,并进行了胞外酶对义马褐煤的降解转化试验。结果表明,白腐真菌混合菌种对煤有较好的降解作用,随着煤的降解,培养基pH值呈下降趋势,煤发生降解的原因是由于菌释放出的酶的作用,使煤样中芳香结构中大分子物质的支链、侧链断裂,变成较小的羧基类、羟基类、醇基类等小分子易溶于水的物质。 With the three kinds of selected white rot funguses, the degradation and conversion test was conducted for Yima lignite. The fungus extracellular enzyme was applied to the degradation and conversion test of Yima lignite. The results showed that the mixed funguses of the white rot funguses could have a good degradation to coal. With the degradation of the coal, the culture medium pH value will tend decrease. The cause of coal to degradation is the function of enzyme released from the funguses, which could break the branch chain and side chain of the big molecules in aroma structure of coal sample and then turn to small molecules, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and alcohol, substances easy to dissolve in water.
