摘要
2011～2013年对福建省农业科学院茶叶研究所筛选的30多份茶树新品系进行乌龙茶与绿茶适制性鉴定。采用密码审评法对茶样进行感官审评，结果表明，乌龙茶新品系0318E、308的香气、滋味连续3年超过对照黄旦，其中0318E香气3年比对照平均高2.6分，308香气平均比对照高3分。差异显著性分析表明，0318E、308制乌龙茶香气显著高于对照黄旦，审评总分也显著高于黄旦。绿茶新品系0314C连续3年感官品质超过对照福鼎大白茶，香气平均比对照高3.2分，但仍未达到显著水平。
Vegetative teas propagated from more than 30 different germplasms were grown on Mountain No.2 at the Tea Research Institute ,Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2011 to 2013. Samples of the Oolong and green teas were produced from their leaves .A blind sensory evaluation was conducted on the tea samples .The result showed that the new Oolong teas ,0318E and 308 ,scored higher than Huangdan （CK） on both aroma and taste for the 3 consecutive years .The aroma of 0318E was 2.6 ,and that of 308 3.0 ,higher than the control on the score with a statistic significance .The aroma of 0314C scored 3.2 higher than Fudingdabaicha ,but not statistically significant .
