摘要
为了解水杨酸(SA)对低温胁迫下西洋杜鹃幼苗生理指标的影响,以"粉红"品种为材料,用浓度分别为0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mmol·L-1的水杨酸进行预处理,以喷施清水作为对照,研究0℃低温胁迫下处理4d西洋杜鹃幼苗生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,不同浓度的水杨酸预处理均能提高幼苗的抗寒性,尤以0.5mmol·L-1浓度的SA处理效果最佳。
To study the effects of Salicylic acid (SA) on physiological indexes of Rhododendron hybridum under low temperature stress ,the seedlings of cultivar of Fenhong were pretreated with Salicylic acid of different concentration (0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mmol · L -1 ) , with spraying water as the control . and the physiological indexes changes of Rhododendron hybridum under low temperature at 0℃ for 4 days were observed .The results showed that SA solution of different concentration could improve the chilling tolerance of seedlings ,among which the 0.5 mmol · L -1 solution was the best .
