摘要
以抗热性不同的小白菜品种矮杂一号(抗热性品种)和矮脚黄(对照品种)为材料,测定了其呼吸强度,α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶(α-KGDHase)活性、游离脯氨酸(pro)含量和二氢吡啶-5-羧酸还原酶(P_5CR)活性。实验结果表明,当热激温度为40℃和45℃时,矮杂一号呼吸强度持续稳定地上升,而矮脚黄则迅速下降。说明非抗热品种在高温下呼吸代谢不稳定。各个处理温度下,两个品种α-KGDHase活性有相同的变化趋势,矮杂一号稍高于矮脚黄。两个品种从老叶到幼叶的游离pro变化趋势相反。矮脚黄叶片游离pro含量平均值高于矮杂一号。热激时,40℃处理使矮脚黄叶片大量积累游累pro,约为矮杂一号的8倍,游离pro积累与小白菜品种抗热程度成负相关。矮杂一号和矮脚黄的P_5CR活性变化与品种叶片中pro的积累相对应。
Two pakchoi varieties (Aiza Nol: heat shock resistant, Aijiaohuang;heat sensitive)were used in the test. We have measured the intensity of respiration. a-keto glu-aric acid dehydrogenase (α-KGDHase) activity,free proline (pro) contents and dihydrogen pyroline-5-carboxy-Iic acid reductase(P5CR)activity. The results show that the intensity of Aiza No.1 continued to go up firmly as the heat shock tmeperature rising,but that of Aijiao-huang decreasd sharply ,these indicate the respiratory metabolism of heat sensitive variety of cabbage is unstable at high temperature. The activity of α-KGDHase in the two varieties have a similar tendency to decrease, the activity Aiza No.1 is higher than thut of Aijiao-huang at each test temperature,but the difference does not related to best resistance. The changing trend of free pro contents from young leaves to old leaves between the two varties is contrary. The average value of free pro content of Aijiaohuang leavesis more than that of Aiza No.1. Under heat shock condition, 40℃ treatment made Aijiaohuang leaves accumula ted a lot of free pro,which was about 8 times as much as that of aiza No.1. leaves. These suggest that free pro accumulation corralates negatively with the pakchoi variety's heat re-sistance. The P5CR activity .variations are interrelted with the pro accumulation qualities of the variety.
