外周T细胞淋巴瘤的治疗进展

摘要 外周T细胞淋巴瘤(PTCL)是淋巴肿瘤病理分类中一个较新的亚型,其免疫表型提示该肿瘤来源于胸腺后(或成熟)T淋巴细胞。PTCL有异质性,恶性程度高,侵袭性强,预后差,目前尚无标准的治疗方案,其常用治疗方法包括常规化疗、造血干细胞移植、靶向药物治疗等,不同治疗方法的临床效果各异,其临床疗效及预后越来越引起医学界的广泛关注,寻找适合不同人群、不良反应少、缓解率高且容易推广的治疗方法为临床关注热点。
