摘要
创建学习型组织是医院可持续发展的必然选择。广东省中医院在界内比较早开展创建学习型组织的实践,逐步形成了学习型组织特有的文化、机制以及富有特点、卓有成效的组织学习形式,使医院获得持续发展的动力。在学习型组织创建体会方面,提出"五项修炼"是医院做大做强的根本保证和推动医院顺利改革的有效手段。
It is a crucial and necessary choice to establish the learning organization for the hospital's sustainable de- velopment. Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine is the relatively early one to practice the learning organi- zation. The culture and operation mechanism of its own characteristics with special and efficient approaches are formed gradually, which greatly drives the hospital to develop sustainabty. It is learned from the construction of the tearning or- ganization that Five Self-improvements is the fundamental guarantee for the hospital to become bigger and stronger and is the effective method to conduct the smooth reform as well.
